Tony Awards Red Carpet 2026: Best Dressed Fashion Moments

Tonight, the 79th Tony Awards will be held at Radio City Music Hall in New York City, honoring Broadway’s brightest stars. The Tonys are theater’s biggest night, celebrating the best plays and productions of the 2025-2026 Broadway season. This year, Pink is taking over as host, which for some was an unexpected decision, as previous Tony Awards celebrations have traditionally featured a veteran of the evening—last year, it was hosted by Tony Award winner Cynthia Erivo, and three years before that, Tony nominee Ariana DeBose hosted.
Pink, however, has connections to the theater world, as two of her songs are currently being used in Broadway productions (Moulin Rouge! Music again & Juliet).
For music The Lost Boys again Schmigadoon! they lead the way with the most nominations for the evening (12!), with musical renewal Rag time followed by 11 words, followed by the renewal of Death of a Salesman nine, who scored the most goals in the game.
And as always, the Tony Awards will feature some interesting performances. All the original cast of The Book of Mormonincluding Andrew Rannells, Josh Gad, Rory O’Malley and Nikki St. James, will reunite for a special performance to honor 15 years of music. Host Pink will join Queen Latifah, Julianne Hough, Whitney Leavitt, Alex Newell, Dylan Mulvaney, Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Adrienne Warren in honoring the band’s 30th anniversary. Chicago. Rachel Zegler performs a special 50th anniversary tribute to A Chorus Line, and Leslie Odom Jr. will perform “Without You” from Hire its 30 years.
It will be a star-studded night, with presenters including Adrien Brody, Annette Bening, Ariana DeBose, Ben Platt, Bernadette Peters, Billy Crystal, Bowen Yang, Brian Stokes Mitchell, Carrie Coon, Cole Escola, Darren Criss, Jack O’Brien, Jeremy Pope, Julias Keray Young, John Legui-D. O’Hara, Kristin Chenoweth, Law Roach, Lena Waithe, Lily Rabe, Maya Rudolph, Megan Thee Stallion, Neil Patrick Harris, Nicole Scherzinger, Patrick Wilson, Paul Rudd, Ruben Santiago-Hudson, Sarah Paulson and Sting.
But before the stars head to Radio City Music Hall, they’ll walk the red carpet in their most glamorous ensembles for the theater’s biggest night. Last year she brought us looks like Amal Clooney in a custom pearl-encrusted Tamara Ralph gown and Sadie Sink in shimmering Prada, though it’s hard to compete with Cynthia Erivo’s 10 dresses when she hosted—she kicked off the night in luxurious velvet, embellished Schiaparelli. Below, see all the best, funniest fashion moments from the 2026 Tony Awards red carpet.
