Amazon has announced the dates for its upcoming 2026 Big Spring sale, and there’s a lot to know before it starts. The retailer runs deals throughout the year, but a few big shopping events tend to bring big savings — think Prime Day, Black Friday and Cyber Monday. The Big Spring Sale is the latest addition to that calendar, and it’s quickly becoming a highly anticipated event. In 2026, the sale runs from March 25 to 31, giving shoppers a full week to look for deals and shop across all categories.
When will it go on sale?
The Amazon Big Spring Sale is back for 2026, starting at 12.01 am PT March 25 and runs through 11.59 pm PT on March 31. For the past two years, the Big Spring sale has taken place in March. In 2024, the sale ran from March 20 to 25, and in 2025, it ran from March 25 to March 31.
What kind of deals will be available?
According to Amazon’s announcement, you can get up to 50% discount in the relevant sections of the season like Easter. Like last year, we expect to see deals on everything imaginable, including electronics, qualifying deals and other spring essentials. What’s new this year?
Amazon is introducing several new sales features for 2026 that make it easier to find the best deals. It presents three top 100-plus curated lists — one featuring top deals across categories, one on health and wellness and one highlighting seasonal picks to update your home and wardrobe.
The daily deal drops will revolve around the entire event, with new themes each day covering everything from Easter essentials and spring cleaning to must-haves. Doorbuster deals are also coming this year with discounts starting at 40% on all fashion, beauty and electronics.
Do I need a Prime subscription to shop the Amazon Big Spring Sale?
You don’t need a Main registration shopping the Big Spring Sale, but owning it unlocks more additional benefits it’s worth knowing. Prime members get access to special deals marked with the “Prime Spring Deal” badge, in addition to regular benefits like free two-day shipping on qualifying orders.
Will some retailers have a spring sale?
Last year, we saw competitors like Best Buy, Target and Walmart offer their own version of spring sales. Many of the deals offered on Amazon will also be offered at other retailers, so you’ll be able to pick what you like and shop there.
