The best deals in Amazon’s Big Spring Sale 2026: M5 MacBook Air and the new MacBook Neo
A quick look at the best MacBook deals from Amazon’s Big Spring Sale:
Amazon’s third Big Spring sale is now live from March 25th to 31st. The event focuses on seasonal essentials like cleaning supplies and outdoor gear, but it also brings great deals on must-have tech — including the best Apple products. Apple recently updated and expanded its MacBook lineup earlier this month, and some of the new models are already on sale.
The new color MacBook Neo with Touch ID is surprisingly — wait for it — $9 off. (Don’t forget about the Apple Store’s $100 education discount.) Yes, there are better deals to be found.
Amazon’s biggest discount so far goes to the 15-inch M4 MacBook Air with 24GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, which is now down to $300. (At $1,299, it’s never cheap.) Other configurations start at $899 with less RAM, storage, and a smaller screen. Remember: Apple has discontinued the M4 MacBook Airs, so when things dry up, they will only be available on the refurbished market.

The brand new M5 MacBook Airs and M5 Pro/Max MacBook Pros are all $50 off in the Big Spring sale, and that’s about as expensive as they get right now. (New M4 models at the time received the same discount last year.) Look for better deals in the months leading up to Big Day.

The M4 MacBook Air may be the last generation laptop, but it’s still an incredibly powerful ultraportable. (In our testing, it seemed much faster than that a lot pricier Windows laptops.) It has a 12MP Center Stage web camera, a Liquid Retina display, and 18 hours of battery life like its new M5 counterpart, which offers slightly faster performance and new wireless connectivity. This 13-inch configuration has 16GB of memory and 512GB of storage like the base M5 model, which costs $100 more.
